Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods has a version for Skyrim LE in the Miscellaneous files section of the mod’s Skyrim SE mod page. It can be used alone, but will work best when used in conjunction with other mods such as Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods, Cave Grass Fix, or GroundUp – Anti Grass Clipping. It is a universal fix and will fix issues in both vanilla and modded areas.
